Band Leader, Lead Vocals, Songwriter
About: I was born in Fresno, CA to a military family, causing me to move throughout my life. One move led me to Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas. I have been singing my entire life, starting at a very young age singing in choirs, plays, writing songs, but really bloomed in Texas performing in weekly shows. I Flew to Nashville, TN for the weekend and was offered a job as a track singer at a studio, after a producer heard me sing at a bar. I decided I wanted more and changed up my musical style. I moved back to San Francisco, California, where I founded, created and started my band, Seeing Red, an Alternative Rock band, in 2012. I finally found the right mix of personalities who were looking for the same thing I was, in a band. I consider my band mates, my “band of brothers”.
Influences: 30 Seconds to Mars, Adam Levine of Maroon 5, Aerosmith, Creed, Evanescence, Green Day, Linkin Park, Nirvana, Paramore, Pink, The Doors
Venues Played: Johnny High’s Country Music Review located in Arlington Texas; The Garland Opry located in Garland, TX; Cowboys Music Dance Hall located in Arlington Texas (as an opener for Neil McCoy) where most of the popular country artists started before they won the Horizon awards at the County Music Awards; The Round up and The White Elephant located in the Ft. Worth, TX stockyards. Bands invited me to sit in on their sets and sing with them. Sunnyvale, Crockett, San Francisco, Alameda, & Half Moon Bay, CA.
Interests: Rock climbing, motorcycles, dirt biking, MUSIC! Singing and song writing is my life. I love to make people happy listening to the band play and to give them the performance they deserve to hear. An audience takes the time out of their lives to come hear us play, spend their money to hear us play, in order to escape from life for an evening. Seeing Red owes an audience the best performance we can give them.
